Description
Box Staplers fasten flaps on filled boxes from the outside in a matter of seconds. This method of closing boxes will save material and labour costs. All model 561 top staplers load 150 staples. A special magazine breech permits fast and easy loading. The machines have a simple depth penetration control with five settings to accommodate different board thickness. These exclusive adjustment settings are standard on all 561-series machines:

(A) ”BLIND CLINCH” in B flute boxes using 561-15 5/8” staples, unequalled by any other make.

(B) ”EXTRA DEPTH PENETRATION”. Ability to staple thicker cardboard. Both hand and air versions of models 561-15 5/8” handle applications which normally require 3/4” of competitive make, while the hand and air versions of 561-18 3/4” can do the jobs that would require the use of a special 7/8” competitive model.

The construction is sturdy yet amazingly lightweight. The hand models have a forward hand rest. The air models have complete, swift ”CYCLETHRU” action – speed is unequalled. They have an excellent continuous performance, using less air and lower air pressure than any other competitive model wide crown air stapler. The pneumatic top stapler is equipped with a very effective silencer.
